SLAVICH

Slavich may be the Eastman Kodak of Russia, although is a relative new-comer, having been established in 1931, according to their web site, and is still manufacturing black & white photographic papers, along with holographic films and plates.

They are one of the few contemporary producers of silver halide holographic plates, the others being Colour Holographics, Ilford/Harman Technology, Orwo, and Ultimate. Their PFG-03 emulsions are on a par with Colour Holographics and Ultimate, and the PFG-01 and VRP-M are like the Ilford/Harman Technology Holo FX Red and Green Sensitive, respectively.

The Slavich line-up is available on-line from Slavich, Geola, and Integraf, all at comparable prices, the big issue being shipping and customs.

Here are a variety of Slavich's leaflets and other communiques, pertaining to their holographic line-up of products through the years.
