Ed Wesly's KLING KLANG
STOCK IMAGE HOLOGRAMS:
Hans Bjelkhagen

For sale here is a set of 5 true color holograms by the self-acknowledged master of the craft, Hans Bjelkhagen, recorded in the holography lab at Lake Forest College circa 1996-1997

Because they were recorded on an ultra-fine-grain emulsion and developed in a highly diluted developer, they need more than the typical 50 Watt incandescent bulb to properly illuminate it.  A 300 Watt halogen bulb like those found in vintage Kodak Carousel slide projectors is recommended to reconstruct them.

Clockwise, from top left: Hans's Homage to Neuhass, who used a stuffed parrot for his standard object for his tests while exploring Lippmann photography. Although the bird is stuffed, the scene is so realistic, complete with droppings on the bottom of the box!Size.

The final hologram in this set is definitely cracked, but the seal around its edges is intact, and the color is still preserved.  It is included as a booby prize, but it is of educational value.
The backing plate has a raggedy ass edge, so be aware of that when framing.
The highlight on the Madonna moves on the object as the viewer moves to enjoy the view.
None of these are available on Hans's web site

A pair of holographic portraits from the combined talents of Holicon and Lasergruppen Holovision, Coach Iron Mike Ditka and Swedish photographer Lennart Svensson.  Although on film, the quality is comparable to glass plates going on vintage holography collectors' web sites for $7k!
