A SERIOUS CITATION!

Holographic Visions, A History of New Science, Sean F. Johnston, Oxford University Press, Oxford, 2006, p. 397.

And pulsed holograms by Ed Wesley (sic) described by a reviewer as ‘tasteless…sado-masochistic erotica’ were shown in a 1986 solo exhibition in Chicago entitled Recent Pulsed Stuff and Other Delights, and decried by Dennis Gabor’s surviving brother Andre and friend T. E. Alibone as ‘bastardized art’.

What an interesting way to be immortalized in THE history of holography book!
